Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Manage various routine processes such as new hire onboards, computer life cycle management, asset management, computer imaging, hardware warranty support and

hardware recycling.

• Inventory Management – Maintain both IT and Non-IT Asset of the organization and seek optimization opportunities Process Oriented – Develop and Implement IT policies and procedures to ensure that the department operates effectively and reliably. Should be able to ensure the reliability, recoverability, and optimum performance of user hardware and local services
• Maintain Risk Register and its mitigation plan and issue log
• Support requests for effective and timely resolution of internal IT issues. Keep track of users system issues until they are resolved by adhering to the deadlines.

• Weekend availability
