Job Responsibilities:

• Manages and monitors all installed systems and infrastructure for the organization to be in line with company guidelines or SOP (standard operating procedure).
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
• Proactively ensure systems and infrastructure availability.
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Anticipating & troubleshooting systems related issues
• Configuration of User Login IDs.
• Maintaining smooth working of servers, firewall, Isilon storage servers, Network switches, internet lease line of both Vodafone and FXwireless internet service, VMware and all the task related to the servers.
• Maintaining license of software, servers, and office 365 mail.
• Looking after the uploads and downloads of data given by production and Leads.
• Responsible to look after the inward & outward of IT assets & equipment.
• Handling daily hardware and software calls.
• Collaborates with other professionals to ensure high quality deliverables within organization guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
