Information Security Manager for SaaS Company

Paradiso Solutions is a Silicon Valley-based e-learning product and services company dedicated to providing end-to-end solutions for small, medium and large businesses and educational institutions. Doing business for the last 10 years and leading the industry all over the world. We are looking for an IT Security Officer who can take the technical team at our Pune (Hinjewadi) office, to another level.

Job Responsibilities:

• Should have experience in Security tests

• Data privacy: programmer and PM download

• Candidate should be having experience in cost saving on cloud infrastructure

• Identifying vulnerabilities in our current network.

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive plan to secure our computing network.

• Monitoring network usage to ensure compliance with security policies.

• Keeping up to date with developments in IT security standards and threats.

• Performing penetration tests to find any flaws.

• Collaborating with management and the IT department to improve security.

• Documenting any security breaches and assessing their damage.

• Educating colleagues about security software and best practices for information security.

• HIPPA compliance & ISO or SOC2 certification would be a plus.

Job Requirements:

• Should have years of experience in IT Information security

• Should have experience with handling information security

• Experience with cloud like AWS(preferred) or Google or any other cloud

• Candidate should be well organized and disciplined

• Should have experience in reporting compliance status to reporting manager

• Degree in Computer Science or a technology-related field.

• Professional information security certification.

• Experience in an information security role.

• Solid knowledge of various information security frameworks.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to educate a non-technical audience about various security measures.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Any of following or some of the equivalent certification:

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

• EC-Council Certified Security Analyst (ECSA)

• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)

• Licensed Penetration Tester (LPT)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
