Job Summary

We are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the Technical Support position. Technical Support Officers troubleshoot the issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications, among other duties.

Moreover, Technical Support Officers need to talk to customers directly, as well as create written documentation, requiring excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Manage all customer interactions as roster within parameters.

· Demonstrate ownership on calls when contacted by customers.

· Respond to all customers in an appropriate tone and language.

· Offer a solution-based approach for all customer interactions.

· Educate the customer at every given possible opportunity.

· Ensure updation of product, system, and process and policy knowledge.

· Adhere to roster timing, scheduled shifts, and activities.

· Capture customer details and data are relevant to the call or service.

· Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines.

· Increase, develop, and retain customer base through relationship building and service.

Required:

· Willingness to learn through on-the-job training.

· Knowledge of Jewellery Business.

· Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.

· Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

· Good written and verbal communication.

· Working knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office Applications.

Preferred:

· College Degree/High School/Equivalent

· Bilingual English/Hindi

· Knowledge of Accounting will be preferred.

· The computer Operator at any Jewellery Store will be preferred.

Work Remotely

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹180,000.00 per year
