Job Description:
Logging of user details regarding the issue and giving them a trouble ticket, Providing 1st level of technical support to the users
Allocating tickets to the engineers.
Call logging and call closure
SLA management.
Coordination with the seniors & internal team members.
Maintaining report.
Assisting in back office operations.
Will be responsible for providing services to the customer.
Handling escalated technical issues
