Purpose of the Role
The purpose of the role is to help to make IT at Peak feel frictionless and seamless, providing great levels of service across all areas of the business. You will support the Peak team from an IT perspective, including hardware, software and security.
You will work closely with the CIO to shape the IT Support function at Peak, in order to support our rapid growth. We want to develop a high performance team that is seen as a true enabler for the business:
Act as the first point of contact when there are IT support requirements across the business
Engage with suppliers to fix / order / replace required equipment
Manage the roll-out of Mobile Device Management and anti-virus solutions
Maintain Peak’s IT Asset Register, keeping up to date with any changes
Administer key applications for Peak, including management of access control
Roll out applications to the required users within Peak, ensuring updates and patches are applied
Manage OS updates across the Peak device estate
Maintain permission groups for all users of key applications
Complete internal audits on hardware & software licences in support of our ISO27001 certification
Work with the CIO to complete assessments of new software from a security perspective
Contribute to the development of application and hardware strategy as well as implementation

We’d love to see someone who can demonstrate the following:
Good at handling multiple tasks and being able to prioritise effectively
Excellent problem-solving skills; able to think challenges through and act with limited supervision
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbally
Experience of working with Device Management / Unified Endpoint Management systems, and Next Generation Anti-virus solutions (NGAV)
Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Apps such as Docs and Slides)
Experience of supporting MacOS
The desire to grow and develop in the role; the ideal candidate will be excited by the opportunity to shape a new function and help develop the future roadmap
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience of working with remote teams
A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work in a fast paced environment
