IT Helpdesk,
to take care of all system-related queries and fix issues remotely and visit to fix the issues,
1. Good knowledge of server hardware, Disk storage technology, and I/O devices.
2. Knowledge of network infrastructure, including CAT5/6 cabling, wireless networks, network switches, WAN/LAN, domain controller, Active Directory, firewall and VPN applications.
3. Prepare & Implement Preventive MaintenanceSchedulefor all IT hardware & Software.
4.Managing Disaster Recovery Process and ensuring regular daily backup is taken.
5.Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
6.System down and software related issue need to take care,
Prerequisites:
Education:
Degree or Diploma in Information Technology field.
Experience:
Fresher or with 1year exprence can apply
