Manager Solutioning
- Process assessments (Due diligence), Process Mapping, solution design, RFP/RFI responses, project management, client management and deliverables including IT, People, Technology, Internal Controls, Process evaluation and Consulting.
- Designing the solution as per the client / process requirements.
- Ensuring the solution proposed is in line with organizational capabilities and deliverables.
- Product demos with consultative u0026 consulting approach.
- Co-ordination with multiple Teams and Stakeholders.
- Supporting Sales, Presales for the domain, Coordinating and analyzing the bid management process, RFPs / RFIs as per the desired /targeted project/opportunities and strategy.
- Understanding of system capabilities and application platforms. Knowledge of benefits business, including products and services, operations and delivery.
- Capable of initiating new solutions and finalizing it incoordination with the Clients and internal stakeholders.
- This position will be based out of India but will be supporting the middle-east geography. Thus the weekends would be Friday-Saturday instead of Saturday-Sunday.
CTQs:
- Experience of managing large customers / complex solutions.
- Preferred to have experience in at least implementing 2-3 ERP/SAP/HRMS database related projects(functional expertise).
- Should be able to interpret requirement from customer to design relevant solutions. Experience of managing large customers / complex solutions.
- Preferred to have experience HR Domain and understand concepts of Payroll, Compliances, Shared Services, Core HR subjects etc.
- Preferred to have experience in HR Related process improvements, transformational projects
- Preferred to have experience in HR Tools/technologies
- Should be okay to work on Sundays (Friday-Saturday to be weekends)
- Should be open to travel
- Relocation to middle east may also be possible
Technical expertise:
- Should be able to work on High level Power point Presentations to be presented at CXO level.
- Good expertise on Excel- Advanced formulas etc.
- Exposure on data crunching, dashboard reporting, analytics and automation of manual reports.
