Pepper Cloud Pvt Ltd Looking for IT Recruiter at Remote Full Time

  • Source potential IT candidates from various online channels
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
  • Prepare and distribute assignments and aptitude tests
  • Advertise job openings on social media, and job boards
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Handle employee leaves, attendance and engagement & other HR operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹9,486.92 – ₹39,221.13 per month
