Team Overview:
Financial Planning Support IT Finance Manager with all AMESA & APAC sector financial performance through action-oriented analytical insights and traditional financial tools. The role will focus on the development of monthly forecasts, the annual operating plan, and the three-year strategic plan.
As IT Finance Analyst you will:
Own Hyperion Financials Preparation and Support Analysis of YTD/FY costs – Opex and Capex
Work with BU Teams on Cause of change for YTD and FY costs
Work on Monthly cost reviews with IT finance leadership team
Lead Monthly Financial Review preparation – Sector CIO Reviews
Manage All Adhoc Reports – Capital Forecast to AMESA HQ /APAC HQ
Consolidation of Compute Costs for AMESA/ APAC – AOP / Forecast /Monthly Accruals
Work with Global Team and CTO team on resolving Compute/Azure cost related issues
Data Stewardship for Hypeiron – Opening new Hyperion Projects/ Corrections etc
Resolving Investments Related Accounting issues , Contract Value tracking , Accruals etc with D&D and Hyd teams
CTO and Cyber program – work with Cyber team on Forecast , Track Actuals and cross charges etc.
Managing ad-hoc project if any
AP Management – Key Global Vendors – working with BU Finance teams on AP and issue resolution
GP data Management
New Run Forecast – Alternate Month -Working with Stakeholders

Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics)
Bcom/Mcom/ICWA with 3-5 yrs of Experience preferably in Corporate office / dealing with multiple regions.
Advance Excel, powerpoint and Tableau Skills
Good Accounting Knowledge
Data Science knowledge is a plus
