This role engages with India business for Go-to-Market capability. Activities include leading the Sustain and AOP projects of the all functions. Engage with solution, delivery and sector team of GTM for PepsiCo India Region solutions. Manage GTM projects and roll-out in the field. Follow PepsiCo PLM processes in executing projects.This role will partner with Global , Sector and Market IT and business teams to align and lead in the Technology Capability Strategy to support the Commercial teams in AMESA (Middle East & North Africa Region)
This role will engage with senior leaders, benchmark capabilities across PepsiCo and externally and align on prioritization to develop a strategic roadmap for Commercial automation.
This role will work with the Market Commercial teams to shape the demand and partner with various IT teams to ensure deployment (Program and Project Management ) of Commercial technology initiatives from business case creation, scoping, coordination , delivery and sustanence of IT capabilities
This role is overall responsible for supporting the Commercial automation agenda for India BU from an IT standpoint.

Qualifications
Strong IT Capabilities in Go-To-Market , Mobility and ERP solutions
7-8+ years of experience in CPG / Consulting Domain with strong understanding of Go-To-Market processes and related solutions ( Traditional Trade, Direct vs. Indirect selling, Customer Service Centers – Order Taking, fulfilment, Modern Trade etc.)
Exposure to Microsoft Technologies (SQL Server, .Net)
Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) – Business Blueprint, Design, Build, Test, Release.
Appreciation of Technology Architecture / Systems Design
Excellent people management, collaboration & networking skills are a pre-requisite as the role involves high & direct engagement with front line business teams
An ability to balance long-term & short-term priorities aligned to business objectives
Good vendor management skills – experience in working with IT vendors / SAP consultants or similar ecosystem is a plus
Should be able drive processes and implement within constraints of the process
Understanding of ITIL process for sustenance
Ability to engage and communicate to senior management and other stake holders to drive transformation in the respective functional areas.
