About the position

The Senior IT PM is involved in managing multiple teams for IT project delivery. They are responsible for tracking and monitoring project activities and progress. Will be responsible for managing project budgets, process optimizations, follow ups, scheduling and managing event storming sessions.

What you’ll do

• The Senior IT PM is responsible for managing project delivery, tracking and monitoring project status
• He/She will be responsible for tracking and managing project financials like budgets, effort tracking
• He/She will be involved in proposing process optimizations and improvements
• The PM will collaborate with multiple stakeholders and assist in scheduling and managing event storming sessions
• The PM will stay abreast of industry trends and best practices

Expertise you’ll bring

• Must have 12+ years of total experience
• Expertise on Product Thinking, Agility (Kanban) , OKR’s, (Wardley Maping is a plus)
• Good level of understanding of technical topics (Architecture/DevOps/Security/Networking)
• Expertise in managing project financials – budget follow ups and optimizations, Proposing process optimization (VSM)
• Good understanding of Lean Management and Azure Cloud
• Good experience in Event Storming sessions, DDD
• Customer-focused, react well to changes, work with teams and able to multi-task
• Must be a proven performer and team player that enjoy challenging assignments in a high-energy, fast growing and start-up workplace
• Must be a self-starter who can work well with minimal guidance and in fluid environment
