Pharmnova Looking for IT Engineer at Chennai, Tamil Nadu Full Time

Qualifications and relevant experience:

· Bachelor’s degree, diploma in a computer science or information technology.

· Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in service industry as network/ desktop engineer.

· Experience in AWS/ Azure.

Skills and competency requirements:

· Able to work as a team player: listen, promote exchanges, communicate, adapt and advise.

· Able to administrate systems operations.

· Knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., DNS, TCP/IP, and firewalls).

· Able to set up Cloud/on-premise server setting and maintenance.

Work profile:

· Attend and resolve IT requests from the team related to desktop and network related concerns.

· Coordinate Cloud/on-premise server setting and maintenance.

· Maintain end to end Network infrastructure and security, and IT infrastructure.

· Maintain firewall and router settings.

· Install and maintain hardware and computer peripherals.

· Install and upgrade operating systems and computer software.

· Support Pharmnova personnel for troubleshooting in networking and system related issues.

· Ensure access control to company asset (Physical and IT) through regular oversight of access control.

· Enable regular back-up of data and implement/coordinate in execution of business continuity plan.

· Recommend and implement on software or hardware upgrades.

· Ensure data integrity and security of the data handled, by generating and complying with the standard procedures, applicable regulations including HIPAA, GDPR…

· Coordinate with technology providers for implementation of new products and services as per operational requirements.

· Development and maintenance of work manual and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on IT infrastructure.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
