Key Responsibilities:
Mapping the end-to-end dataflow, process steps, systems, and applications landscape in a specific domain like Marketing, Sales Operations, product development, services delivery, R&D, e-commerce, Quality Management, and regulatory affairs
Keep up to date with market trends for contracting processes and domain specific trends and support the broader practice
Conduct / lead technical workshops in understanding current state technology landscape, driving future state requirements, and related technical needs including security, integration, lifecycle activities, reporting, and migration
Providing direction and solution on Systems and applications integration and operations in a specific domain of Philips
Planning & Driving activities for gathering information related requirements, mapping to systems together with Business Information Owners / Experts (BIO/Es) and Business Process Owners / Experts (BPO/Es) including business process and regulatory requirements. Secure approvals and change control process on data models and master data management processes
Perform gap analysis between identified functional requirements and the capabilities of the identified technical solution and provide recommendations on limitations and alternate solution approaches
Communication with the different stakeholders (like businesses, Group IT and E2E project teams) to ensure full alignment on the plan and activities required for a successful onboarding of Solutions into the Philips landscape
Drive Validation of onboarded Solutions with business through dedicated review sessions, involving Business Process Experts or IT Business Analysts or Business Information Experts
Develop training materials around the solution configuration, conduct train-the-trainer sessions with clients to perform knowledge transfer on technical configurations
Identifying and promoting continuous improvement opportunities to drive standardization design and adherence, including on data quality, by linking to business stakeholders, Business Process Experts, Information & Data Management data services and projects as well as with the IT community
