In this role, you have the opportunity to
Play a critical role in enabling the business strategy by defining and driving the program architecture with a specific focus on our Solution and Software business, as well as Service Innovation. Be the trusted advisor for the Sr. Stakeholder (Business, Process and IT).
You are responsible for
Define, design and build end to end solution architecture for Services Domain
Execute Architectural Impact Assessment, solution design, system setup, system/application integration, security assessment.
Develop solutions are strategically aligned with Platform architecture and business requirements.
Governance and improvement ideas over the detailed design provided by different vendors
Guidance to vendors to get solutions on a high- quality level
Undertake analysis of application technology options, conduct fit-gap analysis, and proof
of concepts for new business systems solutions, as appropriate. Assess the impact of proposed solution architecture on other dependent enterprise solutions architecture
Liaise with stakeholders to clarify details of requirements
Support platform in Architecture landscape simplification and be a subject matter exercise in respective tools stated.
Follow SaaS application design guideline and best practices and follow security standards and market standard integration approach in solution design
Ability to challenge and evaluate solution and have a long-term vision in fit for purpose.
Strong understanding of NFRs and building resilience.
Is responsible to design and advise on technical governance and monitoring around solution design.
Hands on in building solution design model and awareness of working in modeling tools like iSever. Able to understand architecture notations in Archimate, viso etc and enthusiastic in building solution design document.
Awareness of various integration patternlike Pub Sub,Fire Forget ,ETL ing and building API Microservices
Has sufficient knowledge to maintain data security, integrity and quality standards for the respective solution standard
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
IT Leader with strong expertise in technology and Enterprise Architecture as well as extensive experience in working with Senior Partners.
7+ years of experience in development and implementation area.
Primary skillset and hands on in SalesForce.com, Service Cloud, App Cloud, Community, Service Max Field service (Should know standard modules like WorkOrder Management, Scheduling and Dispatching, Mobile Field Service, Field Service report Dashboarding, Installed Based Management), Other Field service tool, Contract Management etc
Past developer’s experience in Salesforce, Lightning Platform, MuleSoft Integration, building REST API s in SalesForce.
Have advance knowledge in SalesForce Security setup, coding best practices, Code optimizer and automated testing release management tools for SalesForce Platform
Must have knowledge and good programming experience in Lightning framework for app building solutions.
Ability to build Sales Force API end point and have good understanding on integration concepts like when to use ETL or build API/microservice based integration.
Experience in Sales Force Sales Cloud ,Sales Force CPQ/Apttus CPQ ,Professional service cloud (Financial Force)and Community cloud is good to have.
Should have awareness of ERPs like SAP ideally O2C process.
Well aware of optimization techniques and able to suggest design and platform improvement plan
Experience in Microservices, Containerization is a plus.
Experience in web security standards relating to APIs (OAuth, SSL, CORS, JWT, etc.) is a plus.
Experience.
Degree in Computer Science, Math, Information Technology or equivalent experience
Proven business process understanding of Professional Service, Consulting and Software Delivery, Service management, Field Service processes.
Awareness of product, material master data is good to have.
Demonstrate Sr. Stakeholder management and ability to present architecture content to Executive Management
Strong communicator and a good listener
Good team player and enthusiastic is proposing design improvement solutions.
Eager to learn new technologies and share knowledge with others.
Must be result driven and ability to stay focused in a complex and fast paced environment.
Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. May supervise the activities of others.
