You are responsible for
Define, design and describe the architecture for Make and Source domains
Accountable for architecture governance with-in the Make and Source domains
Design an IT architecture which will drive compliance across business groups and markets
Create and drive the transition architecture from legacy systems into the defined architecture while simplifying the IT landscape including Post Merger Integration
Drive architecture deliverables via clear priorities and demand mgmt.
Accountable for solution design consistent with Enterprise Architecture Principles and Guidance
Accountable for identifying and driving scrum teams to deliver Non-Functional requirements.
Responsible for executing technology selection and architecture validation
Provide advice to stakeholders and secure buy in to architecture design (BPO, Sr. Business Stakeholder, Tribe Lead)
Establish strong communication within Make & Source (Industrial & Factory) domains including DevOps teams, to ensure solutions are built as designed
Is part of the pre-ARB (Architecture Review Board) reviews to drive alignment in the architecture community
Supports cross-platform End2End design as part of the Architecture community
Recognize significant conflicts in the solution selection and design in an early stage and take countermeasures to resolve those
Analyze enterprise business context as well as change requirements to guide solution decisions/Architecture for the Industrial & Factory domains

You will be part of the Supplychain IT Platforms Organization and you will contribute to the Philips IT ambition to lead Philips into the future. Within the Supplychain IT Platform team you are working closely together with our Business stakeholders and relevant IT colleagues supporting the Integrated Supplychain domain.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
IT Leader with strong expertise in technology and Enterprise Architecture as well as extensive experience in working with Senior Partners.
7+ years of experience in implementation of SAP-ERP, MES applications like SAP-ME, HYDRA or equivalent and Procurement applications like ARIBA or equivalent
Strong expertise with Supplychain, Manufacturing and Procurement business processes
Must have an Architecture-Led organization mind-set and behavioural thinking
Degree in Computer Science, Math, Information Technology or equivalent experience
Proven business process understanding of Professional Service, Consulting and Software Delivery
Strong analytical skills to define high level solution architectures based on business roadmaps and requirements
Demonstrate Sr. Stakeholder management and ability to present architecture content to Executive Management
Strong communicator and a good listener
Must be result driven and ability to stay focused in a complex and fast paced environment
Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. May supervise the activities of others.
Abstract thinker with a helicopter view, who is capable of finding an appropriate solution to complex problems
