To Maintain and ensure the system and partner’s files backup is done on daily and weekly basis (as per the backup plan) so as to business data is protected and can be restored whenever it is needed.
Maintaining good relation and trust with all partners.
Maintaining the firewall, routers and network devices by updating security patches and released updates time to time.
Keeping all devices up to date with latest patches and updates including servers and NAS.
To pro-actively provide proper solutions and guidance to the partners to avoid breakdowns of the systems.
