Job Description

We are looking for a results-oriented System Administrator to successfully integrate our ERP software. You will be collaborating with senior managers to determine best IT practices in the organization, enhancing the performance of our IT systems, and deploying and implementing suitable ERP solutions.

The ideal candidate for this role should be Computer Savvy and should have a proper knowledge of ERP systems. He/She should also be able to understand the overall project by considering every aspect of each module of ERP. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.

Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. The institute will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database.

Job Responsibility

Typical responsibilities of an System Administrator include but will not be limited to:

1. ERP Management

• Able to convert Business Process Requirement into ERP System Requirement.
• Implementation of ERP System, provide training, prepare user guide, end user support and reports customization.
• To ensure all projects, systems, administrative task and documentation are in order and compliance to Policy and Procedure.
• Responsible for project tracking and control for assigned modules or systems, serving as a liaison between functional and technical resources.
• To maintain and enhance the effectiveness of system to meet current and future business needs.
• To provide information and decision criteria to Management to meet organization’s objective.

2. IT Resource Management

• Solving IT issues by providing remote assistance to employees through IT ticket system.
• Ensuring timely closure of the reported Desktop tickets / issues.
• Performing routine IT checks for all laptops / mobile devices across the organization as a part of preventive check.
• Installation and Administration of the IT devices like Laptop, Desktop & Printer.
• Installation and configuration of Windows Operating System.
• Setting up and maintaining LAN / WAN and system security.
• Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
• Providing basic knowledge to employees to avoid first hand problems arising out of usage of laptops, devices and servers.

• Attending company webinars to assist management in technical areas at the time of webinars.
• Configuring, mapping and administering of google cloud storage of the organization. (Google Workspace management)
• Backing up, archiving and retrieving data.
• Creating user accounts and performing access control.
• Formulating efficient policies, including information systems security policy and user access policy.
• Ensuring security and confidentiality of data across different user accounts.
• Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
• Performing IT support duties as defined by the Management.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma preferably in Computer Science/ Information Technology.

• Possess at least 2 years of working experience with any ERP System.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work effectively in a team.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as good interpersonal & communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
