Purpose of Job

Drive and own various applications to give competitive edge to business by strategic inputs and delivering in an agile manner the implementation of tech platforms (CRM, LOS, LMS), in a multi cloud environment( Big Data) along with Fintech Integrations as part of the ecosystem play for Wholesale businesses.

Essential Qualifications

Minimum Graduation preferably in IT or Engineering, relevant certifications will be added advantage.

Essential Experience:

Around 3-6 years of experience in managing lending applications preferably in Wholesale and Corporate lending environment. Looking for candidates having experience in Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management Software (LMS).

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst preferably for Wholesale Lending
• Experience in implementation aspects of the wholesale lending tech platform in terms of CRM, LOS, LMS covering aspects of fund raising, investor relations, channel development, lead generation and prospecting, originations, evaluations and underwriting, product structuring, appraisals, approvals and disbursement management, loan account management, collections and its servicing.
• Sound knowledge of the lending domain to be able to integrate with asset monitoring and data platforms, further strengthen and leverage solutions for portfolio risk monitoring, NPA management, strategic exits, liquidation and litigation management
• Conceptualise and translate business needs into workable tech platforms aligning with architectural and design principles adhering to regulatory and security norms and driving the ROI for business
• Comfort in dealing with ambiguity, conflict resolution and stakeholder management capabilities
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of Cloud technologies like Azure, Platform as a Service e.g. Share-point Online, Salesforce.com CRM will be plus.
• Hands on with methodologies like Agile Scrum.
• Ability to manage third party vendors/resources .
• Program management skills for driving technology changes • Strong data management fundamentals, Good Excel skills & basic data analytics.
