PKF India Looking for Business Analyst at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Full Time

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a minimum of 10+ years of experience and domain knowledge in Risk Management and Cloud technologies to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, working with stakeholders for requirements, build and maintain documentation repositories and collaborate with the Risk Technology team.

Hybrid role based in Bangalore

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements and understand the organization’s risk management needs and communicate these clearly to technology team
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, providing guidance (show the stakeholders what can be built/possibilities) and support throughout the implementation process.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to requirements from stakeholders, technical processes, test cases, project milestones and releases. Wants someone who can show them how to do a better job of mapping requirements.
• Some knowledge of Power BI or a similar tool as a user (not as a developer)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights using data visualization.
• Proficiency or experience with risk management tools and software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), JIRA, Confluence.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Some knowledge on Cloud technologies would be a great plus.
• Basic understanding of financial and non-financial risk management concepts beneficial.
• Can work on UK time zone (head of the project is based there)
• Experience in IT Projects and Delivery

COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND THE BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS THAT FEED THE TECHNOLOGY IMPLEMENTATION IS KEY
