As the Technical Support Analyst, you will possess the following essential strengths, skills, and competencies:
Undergrad degree in computer science, software development, information systems, MIS or equivalent
Overall, 2+ years of corporate experience
Good working knowledge of EDI on data transactions and BenAdmin configurations
Basic API knowledge, authentication types, payloads (JSON / XMLs)
Good Postman knowledge to trigger and manually test APIs
Must demonstrate technical proficiency in areas related to work experience and/or education
Ability to interact effectively with both entry level and highly technical users
Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks
Willingness to research and comprehend complex software
Familiarity with trouble shooting methodologies
Ability to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong interpersonal skills
Organization and prioritization skills
Adept with file transfer mechanisms such as SFTP

Ability and willingness to work in partially overlapping hours with US.

The Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support related to the usage and maintenance of the products that integration PlanSource’s benefit application with our carrier’s technology platforms. This position will provide daily frontline internal support through analysis of submitted integration issues, research, testing, and resolution determination. Additional responsibilities may include escalation monitoring, creation of formulas, query generation, and defect tracking. Work with our software development team to ensure that our hosted web products are stable, reliable, scalable, and responsive to our customer’s needs.
