Job brief
We are looking for a Basic Accounts consultant cum Technical Support Engineer to Provide enterprise level assistance to our customers and business promoters. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and helps our customers and promoters install Plumcot Applications and programs.
Accounting Consultant cum Technical Support Engineers responsibilities include, resolving any accounts related consultations, help to create basic accounting entries and modifications, inventory management clarifications, doubt clearing ability in final accounts report, resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connection to provide immediate support, you will use email and chat application to give clients quick response to simple Accounting and IT related queries and issues.

Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
– Provide Front-Line technical support with exceptional customer service via email, phone and Chat.
– Use excellent communication and interpersonal skill to ensure that customer and system problems are resolved in a timely fashion.
– Research, test and develop solution for common problems in a methodical, detail-oriented and logical way.
– Escalated issues are required.
– Work closely with customers, promoters, engineers team, management team and sales team as a point of contract for client issues.
– Document all customer issues and support calls in our ticket systems including problem, resolution and time to fix.
– Work on other IT initiatives and ongoing project as assigned.
– Proactively identify opportunity for change that will add value to the achievement of business objective and enhance the customer experience. Be flexible to react and or implement change initiatives.
– Use your knowledge of both accounting and inventory management skill to help streamline customer’s accounting and inventory process.
– Assist customers with connecting and configuring PLUMCOT ERP/POS applications to work with their business
– Demonstrate all products to customers and business promoters on time.

– Work with the Customer Support Leadership to successfully address escalated concerns. Respond to complaints and service-related inquiries professionally and compassionately.
– Excellent analytical skills, ability to determine from a complex set of variables on how to resolve issues.
– Ensure that all business-related items are successfully and professionally communicated either verbally or in writing, both internally and externally.
– Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the Shops and ERP experience.
– Customer support experience with any Accounting software / POS billing software.
– Experience in providing technical support to remote customer preferred, must understand the difference between desktop and cloud environment.
– Good knowledge about MS Excel / Office 365
– Good knowledge with Active directory, cloud infrastructure and remote management tools added advantages.
– Quick Learner – can quickly pick up new systems and software with ease. You can read-through or hear information and instructions once and retain it.
– Fast Thinker- who can logically research solution online and work through problems.
– Self-Starter who effectively manages their own priorities and activities.
– Punctual individual, prepared and ready to drive in, the minute their shift starts.
– Exceptional written and oral communication skills
– Languages must fluent in English, Hindi
Shift Time: 8 Hrs
Morning Shift: 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM
Evening Shift: 5.00 PM to 1.00 AM
