Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff, planning and performance management.
• Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Works efficiently and effectively in the matrix environment.
• Develops personal growth opportunities for the employees.
• Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees.
• Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
• Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to facilitate open communications, understand perspectives, and monitor stakeholder satisfaction levels.
• Lead, Communicate, and interact with other functional areas of the company to ensure that, operational and capacity requirements are addressed (Legal, HR, Finance, Facilities).
• Act as a liaison between IT and business leadership. Provide progress updates and ensure IT is aligned with business
• Lead in process improvement and develop procedures

Job Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3 year’s experience in managing people
• 8 to 12 years of experience working in the IT industry
