1. Develop recruitment goals and objectives.
2. Develop a sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs.
3. Source active and right Candidates for right positions.
4. Search resume databases for the most fit candidates.
5. Communicate with Hiring Managers.
6. Oversee day-to-day teams’ operation and performance.
7. Do regular performance evaluation.
8. Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere.
9. Develop a well-designed and motivating evaluation program.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
