Profile: Sr. IT Recruiter
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for our Clients.
2. Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.
3. Responsible for handling different types of IT requirements such as: Java, .Net, Oracle, SAP, Embedded, Linux, UNIX, HTML, DHTML, Hadoop, Cloud, and Big Data etc.
4. Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.

1. The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude.
3. Should have the ability to deliver results in fast-paced & metrics-driven environment
Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
