Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Leadership:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share for our Managed IT Services and Cybersecurity Solutions.
Provide strong leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals, managing performance, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven sales culture.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the target market segments, including proactive lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business challenges, and providing tailored IT services and cybersecurity solutions.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals, propose appropriate solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Solution Selling:
Demonstrate a deep understanding of our Managed IT Services and Cybersecurity Solutions, effectively communicating their value propositions to clients.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements and align with industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum one year in sales, preferably within the IT services industry, with a focus on Managed IT Services and Cybersecurity Solutions.
Technical Knowledge:
Solid understanding of Managed IT Services, including IT infrastructure management, cloud computing, network solutions, and related technologies.
Familiarity with Cybersecurity Solutions, including endpoint protection, data protection, firewall, etc.
Strong Communication and Relationship-Building Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and effectively articulate the value of our solutions.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating exceptional customer service and a consultative sales approach.
Strategic Thinking and Business Acumen:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market trends, understand client pain points, and develop effective sales strategies.
Business acumen to analyze financial data, manage budgets, and make informed decisions that align with business objectives.
Adaptability and Resilience:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing market conditions, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
