Job Description

• Minimum 1-2 years of Experience working in Night shift and nice to have an idea of US IT Recruiting.
• Excellent English Communication & writing Skill. Basic Computer skills ( Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Research and innovate on new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Excellent communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
