Job Description : –

· Responsible for IT Infrastructure Maintenance.

· Responsible for Installation and technical Support for hardware & software.

· Responsible for Asset and Inventory Management.

· Responsible for Help Desk Management.

· Responsible for Configuration and troubleshooting for Users.

· Responsible to Network Administration.

· Responsible for Server Management & Maintenance.

· Managing & supporting internal Audits as per SOP’s.

· Responsible for Reporting of incidents & Resolution TAT.

Responsible for Managing POS, Screen display, EDC machine and Kiosk management.

Qualification:

Education: Btech/ Diploma in IT

Experience: 3-4 years in a similar role in a reputed organisation in Service/Hospitality/Retail industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
