Job Description
As a IT Vendor Relations Specialist at QAD you will be responsible for the overall management of all IT applications for global use. This includes managing the accounts of many of our hosted applications, ensuring the licensing compliance of our client applications, and conducting regular contract reviews and renewals. The IT Vendor Relations Specialist also oversees hardware procurement and asset management, as well as hardware disposal, reconciling invoices and payments with accounts payable, setting up new suppliers, and submitting requests for purchase orders.
What You’ll Do
Qualifications
Professional degree: BA Degree or equivalent
Experience: 3+ years business related experience
Computer skills: Windows based computer skills and some programming skills. Google Workspace, Altiris, Active Directory experience is a plus.
