Program Management Leadership
Oversee a portfolio and act as a liaison between business teams and IT teams to ensure that the business requirements are complete to meet the proposed solutions. Work with IT leads to defining and managing business processes and technology roadmaps in support of long-term divisional strategies.
Manage complex projects to major milestones. Develop project justification proposals, business cases and return on investment estimates; obtain executive approval and funding.
Develop and maintain key project governance documentation to ensure the proper amount of structure is applied to enable project success.
Facilitate project related testing, roll-out, and post-mortem work.
Provide timely updates and elevate critical risks to project, management, and senior executive teams.
Experience planning, managing, delivering medium (6-8 month) to large (8-12+ month) projects

PMO Process Leadership
Deploy process improvements across the organization that makes PMO and IT efficient, effective and transparent with their project planning and management, ensuring alignment with management objectives
Lead program management governance, conduct regular reviews such that key projects are tracking defined objectives and KPIs, maintain stakeholder alignment
Identify and solve for evolving gaps and emerging needs in skills, process capabilities, and capacity to support sustained long-term business growth
Design and implement balanced scorecards/ dashboards to report on portfolio, projects, vendors and financials. Translate benchmarking results and new/best practices to the IT organization
Requirements
10+ years’ experience as a software project manager with experience leading large and complex cross-functional projects
3+ years leading projects in Business Applications or SaaS based Business Applications
Bachelor’s degree
Tolerant of ambiguity and the flexibility to work well in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
Excellent interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills (written and oral)
Strong organizational planning skills and understanding of portfolio management concepts
