Job description
Technical Support Engineer responsibilities include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.
Responsibilities:
· Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
· Research and identify solutions to software, EPB, CCTV and hardware issues
· Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration, Installations, creating domain as well.
· Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limit.
· Have a experience in Thin client with computing and enjoying as well as group policy.
· Have a basic knowledge of cloud server.
Requirement Skills
· Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹36,205.56 per month
