Non-IT recruitment, Sourcing through Naukri, Indeed and other social media Site, headhunting, Hiring experience of manufacturing/FMCG/FMCD/Retail/BPO Sectors. Bulk Hiring.

Role and Responsibilities:

· Managing recruitment includes Sourcing, screening, Interviewing, Reporting, Documentation and Closing the positions.

· Assisting the managers in screening candidate resume, initial phone screenings, setting up interviews.

· Sourcing the relevant profiles from job portals like Naukri.Com, indeed, Boolean search, social networking sites.

· Assessing candidate’s relevant experience, knowledge, skills, competencies, communication skills, truthfulness of CV, expected salary and notice period negotiation.

· Scheduling and coordinating interviews, preparing candidates for interviews with the managers & other stakeholder by providing detailed information about job descriptions.

· Follow up with the candidate who is on the dashboard until they join.

Maintain the recruitment tracker and candidate database

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹350,000.00 per year
