You will join our IT Business applications management department. As our new Team Lead you will be part of our IT Business application division. We deliver global support for the business. We have a clear focus on developing a strong team culture, where we deliver what we promise at high quality and on time. We are very ambitious and want to deliver best-in class service for our end-users.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
Lead, manage and motivate a team of specialist (3rd Line) in a competency center, including onboarding, disciplinary, performance reviews, preparing overall performance evaluations and training
Manage, measure and ensure that Ramboll Global IT meets Business service expectations & KPI’s
Working proactively with tool monitoring ensuring high availability on services provided by the team
Work with Head of Department Team Leader colleagues to build, enhance and ensure a high performing team as part of the Global IT Organisation.
Drive constant improvement within the team and with colleagues ensure training plans are met, to grow and evolve skills and competences.
Collaborate with transformation program & ensure readiness for SAM team to achieve future objectives, lead necessary process changes and support your team to ensure success in adopting the change
Lead the team to follow ITIL standards & best practices in SAM area, stay open to process and service improvement ideas from the team and together with HoD set direction for continued improvements

5+ years of experience from a similar position in a company supporting a highly Global business
Strong understanding of interaction / supporting Global customers from many cultures.
Strong English language skills.
Strong leadership / Team management skills and experience, both running a team of specialists and Technical Operations Task (Projects) and the ability to step up in the transformation area
Experience managing Software Asset management specialists.
Can do attitude, embracing and leading change.
Well organized and with structured approach to managed services in a mature manner.

Required Responsibility
Client Focus:
Engages with functional/business owners in taking appropriate actions to understand functional current and future requirements relating to specific area of expertise and to define the business support functional scope of works and confirm service level agreements to be delivered.
Reviews the functional and qualitative performance of existing service level agreements relating to specific area of expertise at an operational level and manages the resolution of service level and/or operational misalignment.
Manages the development of enhanced processes, procedures and standards with particular focus on those related to Ramboll global or PBU’s business development, operational effectiveness and ability to generate new sources of revenue and/or additional productivity.
Problem Solving and Solution Design:
Works with various functions within a PBU in a specific area of expertise to review effectiveness of current operation, processes, procedures and methods of working and to identify potential improvements.
Advises Management within own functional area of expertise and supports changes agreed to those functional/business processes/procedures and methods from which the PBU can work optimally, and advantage can be gained.
Manages the delivery of business support projects deemed to be of medium complexity and/or of some business sensitivity.
Encourages and acts on innovative suggestions, business ideas and approaches which support operational advantage.
Professional Knowledge and Skills:
Manages the adoption of best practices, encourages their use and shares knowledge of own specific area of expertise.
Ensures knowledge on developments within specific functional area of expertise is relevant and up to date.
Coaches and supports one or more senior consultants, consultants or assistants.
Develops the input to business support deliverables based on the five Ramboll Capabilities of: Client Focus, Ramboll Values, Functional Capabilities, Collaboration and Result Delivery.
Ensures compliance with Ramboll’s Governance Principles and Group Policies and manages work activities within the boundaries of established policies and procedures.

Leads the approach to business support deliverables demonstrating understanding of how business works, supporting profitable performance and revenue growth.
Communication Management:
Works to promote Ramboll’s reputation, company brand and business support capabilities with internal/external networks, industry boards/forums and other stakeholders.
Participates with relevant bodies of knowledge and other groups to ensure knowledge on developments in functional area of expertise is relevant and up to date.
Delegates specific actions, takes decisions and manages their consequences where there may be a direct functional impact as well as having an indirect impact to colleagues.
