Note: We need enterprise apps oriented person, with experience dealing with Oracle Fusion or SAP Hana
– An Enterprise Architect & Architecture Review Board Leader with over 18 + years of experience, with a proven track record of reviewing, designing, and implementing solutions, driving Digital transformation that align technology with business process & strategy to improve efficiency, and increase scalability.
– Skills include understanding of business processes and how they can be supported by technology, ability to create and maintain an enterprise architecture roadmap, knowledge of various technologies and their integration, experience with stakeholder management and communication, and ability to create high-level designs and technical specifications.
– Should have worked with a variety of industries, including Oil & Gas, Life Sciences/Pharma, FCMG, Insurance and Retail, and have experience with both onpremises and cloud-based systems. Proficient in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman and have experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects.
– Responsible for visualizing, communicating, and evolving Company’s IT architecture, and leading the Architecture Review Board (ARB) across all IT verticals (Global Apps, Infrastructure, Digital and ERP).
– Leading the EA review board and ensures that the solutions are compliant with target-state architecture models.
– Providing overall direction, guidance, and definition of IT architecture to effectively support the business strategy by reviewing Functional and Non-Functional aspects of design.
– Leading the implementation of a digital transformation strategy for companies, resulting in a 25% increase inproductivity and a 40% reduction in costs.
– Leading the Capability Maturity Assessment of the current enterprise architecture to identify areas for improvement. (Heat Map as Deliverable for Capabilities).
– Modernizing most of the Legacy Application Platform to Cloud Native (Microservices) on the ENC/EPC Business.
– Architected and Migrated Legacy Workloads to an API/Data Platform on digitizing most of the applications to Dashboards to derive KPI’s.
– Architected, planned implementation and adoption of low- and no-code consistently across the organization as part of the Digital Transformation Journey for most of the Business Process with Integrations.
– Facilitated governance in the cloud, developing principles that apply to architecture, Service Bus integration to ERP, Treasury Systems, HR Modules, Payroll and Other Business functions.
– Managing a team of 16 architects (BA, SA, DA) and developers to deliver and drive Digital Transformation Strategic initiatives.
– Responsible in developing and maintaining the Enterprise Architecture Roadmap, aligning it with IT business objectives transitioning from the current state to the target state, including timelines, milestones, and key activities
