Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Windows L3 Administrator to support our remote data center for

global clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and

administration of Windows-based systems, including servers, storage, and network

infrastructure. This is a 24×7 support role, and the candidate will be expected to be a part of the

team that ensures the high availability and reliability of our systems.

Responsibilities:
Provide Level 3 support for Windows-based systems, including servers, storage, and network

infrastructure.

Monitor system health and proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact service

availability.

Respond to incidents and service requests within the agreed SLA and resolve issues promptly.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Participate in the development and implementation of infrastructure projects.

Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.

Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and patches.

Manage backups and disaster recovery procedures.

Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

6+ years of experience in Windows system administration.

Strong knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and

Group Policy.

Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or XenServer.

Knowledge with storage technologies such as SAN and NAS.

Understanding of network protocols, firewall rules, and network security.

Familiarity with ITIL processes and procedures.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a 24×7 support environment.
