Job Type- Off Role
Budget : 60~80K/Month
Work location : Cyber City 9B, Gurgaon
Working Hours : 8:30AM to 5:30AM (Flexi working hours with hybrid work option)
Role : Technical Support Engineer for DarwinBox Project
Joining : Immediate basis
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation,
including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation.
Responsibilities also include root cause analysis, management communication and client relationship management in partnership with Infrastructure Service Support team members.
Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with life-cycle methodology and risk guidelines.
Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members and or acting as a subject matter expert.
In depth Functional knowledge of the application(s) supported and inter dependencies.
Responsible for handling Level 1 and Level 2 analysis, trouble shooting and resolution.
Production L2 support – User Tickets, Failure Analysis and reporting.
Quickly responds to incident alerts and support calls. Identifies, and coordinates with teams that are critical to the event’s resolution.
Multitask and handle various tasks based on priority
Incident management, reporting, RCA preparation
To execute tasks allocated by the reporting manager in a timely manner
Coordination with customer/partner SPOC for all technical aspects
Experience: (1-5yrs)
1+ years in an application monitoring/support related role
Exceelent communication skills with the ability to capture and articulate technical and non-technical details.
Educational Qualification:
B.E. / B.Tech. , M.E./M. Tech., or M. Sc. in Computer Science / Electronics Engineering / MCA/BBA
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Zendesk)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
