Roles & Responsibilities
Identify, source and secure both long term and short-term business opportunities.
Candidate should have developed new accounts and managed existing accounts and have the capability to translate the customer business issues into requirements.
Experience in selling software, IT services, managed services, IT Products, optimization, and integration services to customers.
Generate sales for the company by conducting inbound and outbound sales activities.
Lead Identification & Generation through Cold Calling on a day-to-day basis.
Manage day-to-day sales activities; including proposal, presentation, updating clients on their ongoing orders, prospecting and market development.
Help grow the sales team and build a scalable, repeatable process.
Coordinating directly with existing clients for their further requirements.
Candidate must have deep connections with partner ecosystems in the region.
Ensuring proper Guidance and after sales support to clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
IT sales experience with IT department across industries.
Fluency in both verbal and written English is required.
Good Interpersonal and Networking Skills.
Ability to communicate effectively, convince & negotiate with the clients.
Timely follow-up on all the service and software lead opportunities
Ability to achieve daily, monthly and yearly targets.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe and explain them to prospects.
Proficiency in Computer skills including MS office, Emailing, CRM preferably ZOHO.
Preferred an MBA in Sales & Marketing
