Shift Timings: 1 to 10pm IST (UK Shift only).
We are hiring Senior Recruiter to Account Manager levels to support our Fortune 500 clients. As a IT/Technical Recruiter on our enterprise recruiting team, you’ll be responsible for supporting client needs within various fields of business. You’ll act as a consultant, advisor, and a true business partner to develop strategic solutions, creative recruiting, and sourcing plans.
Who You Are (Tentatively for Individual contributors)
· You pay attention to the details. As a Recruiter, you’ll create job descriptions and interview guides for each new position with current and new clients. You’ll review resumes, interview and present the best matched candidates that meet client standards. Details matter and you take pride in your work.

· You’re tech-savvy. You’ll partner with our clients to recruit top notch talent by utilizing state of the art technologies, including access to multiple job boards, LinkedIn and many other tools. You’ll ensure workflow standards are met and maximize use of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools. Bottom line: you’re a pro at utilizing technology and resources to source and discover the best new talent.
Basic Qualifications
· 4-years college degree in any engineering stream or equivalent experience
· 2 to 6 years of recruiting experience for UK or Europe clients.
· Expertise in LinkedIn/Social Media Platforms.
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
· Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
· Demonstrated history of success
· Ability to handle high-volume requisitions
· Fierce and competitive spirit
· Position will commensurate with experience
Preferred Qualifications
· Recruiting experience across multiple industries
· Using Ceipal as an ATS
Roles and responsibilities as Account Manager
· Responsible for managing the relationship with existing clients.
· Responsible for getting new business with existing client.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
· Take a collaborative and proactive consultative approach with the ability to think outside of the box to develop creative solutions.
· Managing healthy relationship with SPOCs.
· Proactive approach towards client’s current and upcoming demands.
· Attending vendor meets at client’s location.
Basic Qualifications
· 4-years college degree in any engineering stream or equivalent experience
· 3+ years of UK/Europe market knowledge is mandatory.
· Experience as Team Lead/Accounts manager would be an added advantage.
· Should be very good & well versed at handling & managing multiple accounts/clients.
· Expertise in LinkedIn/Social Media Platforms.
· Excellent understanding of Contract/FT hiring.
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
