Achieve planned revenue targets in assigned regions/accounts and deliver consistent year-over-year sales growth.
Manage the sales of IT Services/ Solutions to the major accounts & enterprises.
Plan and lead balanced sales growth and continued account penetration on a long-term multi-year focus.
Drive & own the new logo acquisition in the assigned region across industries.
Handle the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closure by building CXO relationships with Enterprise customers, ensuring consistent revenue generation & target achievement.
Develop specific plans to ensure growth in both long & short-term.
Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
Manage a sales team to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals
Develop trusted partner relationships with key customers to retain and grow revenues over time
Qualifications
B.E./B. Tech/Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field, MBA – Marketing/IT will be preferred
5 years+ of sales experience in IT systems/solutions/services, including Strong background in enterprise IT sales & key account management
Existing Senior level relationships with relevant enterprise customers at a regional level
Experience in high-end selling in a long sale cycle e.g., SaaS Sales, IT Infrastructure & Services, Cloud Sales to multiple industries
