Collection of candidature from job portals, consultants, Headhunting, Previous Applicant, Existing Database, employee referrals.
Conduct an Interview and make sure about the interest, availability, salary expectation, functional skills, Educational Qualification, job history of the candidates.
Salary Negotiation with Candidates and coordinating till the joining of the candidates
MIS and reporting.
