1. The IT Support maintains the computer networks of all types of organisations, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly.
2. Design, configure and implement branch office network server environments and multi-site networks. For that you have to travell to branch office, weekly 3 days branch visit must have to be done (Coimbatore & Thrissur). Company will take care of the accommodation.
3. IT Support monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs, and configures hardware and software, and solves technical issues as they arise.
4. IT security specialists protect confidential information by monitoring anti-virus protection systems, encrypting data, and creating firewalls.
5. Provide first line technical support to computer users and ensure smooth functioning of various applications/systems. Respond professionally and effectively to requests for IT support assistance.
6. Ensure that all companies CCVT has to work properly.
7. Deploying the appropriate IT solutions to solve problems

9. Quickly arrange repair for hardware in occasion of hardware failure
10. Identifying user needs with technology
11. Monitor server, backups, network infrastructure and peripherals like local/LAN printers, scanners and related hardware.
12. Installation of Microsoft products
13. Mail server handling
14. Tally installation and trouble shooting
15. Giving training and support of system and application software to the end users.
16. Handle issues involved in maintaining corporate infrastructure like network connectivity and security.
17. Set up and configure different IP services and protocol deplopment.
18. Train users in proper use of company’s system and network applications. Guide the same with Precaution measures for recurrent problems
19. Network administration works such as network design, troubleshooting, documentation, security, and managing users. Optimize, plan and configure activities of servers
20. Organize inventory of all hardware and software resource; create and maintain technical documentation for references plus easy retrieval.
21. Diagnose hardware/software problems and replace defective components. Monitor functioning of equipment and make necessary modifications to ensure system operates in conformance with Specifications.
22. Offer support on the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, office suite, electronic mail, and operating systems.
23. Priorities the situation and resolve situations requiring urgent attention.
