Minimum Job Requirements
BE / B.Tech or Diploma / PG Diploma in Footwear Technology
2 to 4 years of experience in PPC Department.

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)
The right candidate will need a high-degree of analytical, executional, and organizational capability balanced with the right plant operational, customer support, or PPC experiences, in order to achieve success.
Prefer 2+ years of diversified work experience to include: Plant Operations, Planning and Analysis.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
To execute plant production optimization ideas.
To generate plant operating plans and economic evaluations to optimize plant operations, feed and product inventories, yield loss, and energy efficiencies.
To be accountable for the overall implementation and execution of the production planning process, generation of weekly production schedule and analysis, alignment of commercial, supply chain and operational assets, and managing and updating production planning tools.
To coordinate and balance needs of operations, commercial, maintenance and management.
To adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
To lead detailed operational outage planning to align commercial, operational, and supply chain interests into executable operating plan.
Internal Business Process
To lead and manages production planning processes and develops/tracks KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators), including generation and delivery of a weekly operating plan, with plan vs. actual analysis.
To lead all aspects of the production planning and detailed outage planning processes for a product family.
To monitor, track, and report critical inventories.
To maintain and improve planning and scheduling tools for increased accuracy, improved business performance, and processes.
Prefer basic understanding of business economics.
Moderate skills in using Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
Strong initiative and persistence, with attention to details.
Ability to multi-task through multiple issues and priorities.
