Job Summary:–
The candidate must have experience in IT department of a large company. Incumbent must have experience in designing, configuring, installing, and reporting network systems, sub systems and servers; overseeing the Data Centre operation environment; recommendations regarding network installations and configurations including wireless systems; resolving network & servers operational issues.
Key Role & Responsibilities:–
To handle IT network including LAN & WAN
To handle Servers on premise & cloud
To handle server & network security on premise & cloud
To handle Servers and virtualization using Hyper-V, KVM
To handle Windows, AIX & SUSE Linux Servers
Network & Server reporting
Customer / Vendor Oriented:– To facilitate vendor coordination for taking support.
Internal Business Process:– To handle trouble shooting and SLA monitoring of support vendors.
Competencies:–
Networking – LAN, WAN, RF management, router management.
System Administration installation, configuration & maintenance of operating System, application software, AD, Storage Device, Switches etc.
Technical / customer support capabilities on IT technical matters related hardware, networking and system administration.
