Reliance Digital Retail Ltd. Looking for Lead IT Product Manager at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Full Time

Looking for a Lead IT Product Manager with 10-15 years of experience in relevant field and atleast 3-4 years in retail industry. The incumbent should possess strong SAP CRM, Tableau and POS integration experience. Post Graduation is preferred.

Following is the Job Description:

1) End-to-End Project Management: Oversee and manage IT projects related to CRM, SD, POS, finance from inception to delivery.

Release Planning and Agile Development: Proficiency in Release Planning, Change Management, and working within Agile Development Environments.

2) Resolution of Store User Queries: Create as store user queries system within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and lead the team in developing business-aligned solutions while upholding information security standards.

3) Cost Control: Monitor and manage project expenses throughout the project lifecycle. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or project deliverables.

4) Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead a team of Analysts, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

5) Training and Documentation: Train the team in writing Functional Specifications for custom programs, reports, and conducting Functional Testing.
