Candidate should have 3+ Years of Experience with Niche skills and Good Communication. Immediate Joiner is required.
o Verification of asset inventory, maintaining a record and reporting (Asset Labelling)
o Initial Microsoft Intune setup for new Laptops and addition in the AD / Domain
o Documentation of standard setup & configuration procedures and sharing to users as a part of troubleshooting exercise.
o Dispatching of the configured Laptops to the End Users Address
o Sharing of basic best practices for the use of the TBHL laptops
o Remote Support to the End Users for initial setup, configuration & troubleshooting whenever required.
o Onsite, On-Call Support for Outstation & VIP Users for initial setup, configuration & IT troubleshooting as required.
o Coordination with the Vendors / OEMs as required for the resolution of any user issues such as laptop repairs, routine maintenance etc.
o Initial Intune setup for new Laptops and addition of services in the AD domain (O365).
o Providing support to TBHL users for the issues and handling support tickets raised through TBHL IT Helpdesk/ Email/ Phone call/ Chat.
o Coordination with other IT Teams & Managers for the resolution of any user issues
o Asset reconciliation, refresh, release, re-allocation, de-commission, e-waste etc.
o Timely closure of Helpdesk ticket by providing suitable support to the TBHL end users
o Maintain a tracker of TBHL IT Helpdesk tickets with list of open, WIP and resolved tickets.
o the resource should have basic IT networking skills to understand the troubleshooting area like switches and routers etc.
o Remote and installation support for iOS / MAC devices is a plus.
