Candidate should have working exposure: –

• Good knowledge and troubleshooting skill of IT hardware like Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Telephone,

• Scanner, CCTV and familiar with their Operating System

• Good Knowledge of Mail client like Microsoft outlook, Gmail

• Hand of working exposure on Active Directory & trust relationship error, Domain joining issue.

• Familiar with IT networks like Lan, Media, ILL, Wireless, ISP, DNS, DHCP, Switch, Firewall, Mux etc.

• Familiar with CCTV and UPS systems

• Installing and configuring licensed software and open software

• Provides advice and guidance to colleagues regarding incidents.

• Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with department guidelines.

• Explain and document technical issues in a clear way to clients.

• Identifying issues, repairing problems, Updating systems

• Installing new and upgraded hardware and software.

• Walk customer’s desk for installing applications and computer peripherals and familiar with remote tool as well.

• Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems.

• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel

• Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional.

• Help create technical documentation and manuals.

• Good Communication Skills

• 3-9 Years of similar work experience

• Nearby located from warehouse location or if not, then should have own conveyance.

• Understanding on Regional Language will be referred.

• Male candidate and field experience are referred.

• Should have a Graduate degree.

• Ready to extend shift on demand.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
