In this role, you have the opportunity to

Play a pivotal and integral role in helping Group IT achieving its ambition, driving the transformation of incorporating the new IT Platform Operating Model into their processes and ways of working in close partnership with various BPOs/BPEs, CoEs, Q&R, Philips IT organization representatives.

You are responsible for

• Act in the role as E2E BPE for 1 or more IT PEPF processes
• Support various BPOs/BPEs with modeling and deploying their IT PEPF processes
• Conduct quality assessments of IT PEPF processes in scope
• Support / facilitate in IT PEPF process adherence assessments
• Continuously improve IT PEPF processes in scope
• Responsible for managing the IT PEPF process backlog

Support in preparation on Global Group Function QMS audits related to used PEPF processes.

You are a part of

The global IT Quality team which is part of IT Strategy & Governance organization within Group IT.The IT Quality team is a virtual team based in India and the Netherlands working closely together on PEPF process releases in domain IT, migration towards the Global Group Functions Quality Management Systems supporting process training, deployment, adherence and improvements in Group IT. You are reporting to the IT Quality Lead.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in a related field (Information Management, Information Technology)
• Extensive knowledge and 5+ years working experience on Business Process Modeling and Notations (BPMN) preferably in ARIS
• Basic knowledge of Standards and regulations: ISO9001:2015, ISO13485:2016, US FDA CRF 820, US FDA Part 11, EU Medical Devices Regulations (EU) 2017/745 (EU MDR)
• Strong communicator, able to interact frequently with customers, stakeholders and functional peer group members inside and outside Group IT and at different levels
• Team player able to participate, support or lead in process improvements or other collaborative efforts depending on the situation
• Wide-ranging experience, and familiar with professional concepts like, Lean, Hoshin, Problem Solving, Daily Management, in resolving complex issues in creative and effective ways, in line with company objectives
• Self-starter who values impact over effort and motivated to drive performance
• Fluent English both in writing and speaking
