Location: Madhapur, Durgam Cheruvu, Hyderabad

Schedule – Onsite at Office (Monday to Friday)

Shift: Night Shift (7:00PM – 4:30AM)

Required

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any educational category (IT preferred).
Should have 2 – 4 years of experience in sourcing, filling Non-IT requirements in Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Banking, Pharma, Medical devices, etc.
Excellent verbal and personal presentation skills.
Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
Be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Roles And Duties

As a Non-IT Recruiter, you will build a network of professionals, with skill sets that are a fit for our clients hiring needs You will connect with these professionals using a variety of resources.
Your goal as a Recruiter is to identify, recruit and place top professionals in positions reputable clients.
Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
Develop and implement search strategy that includes use of organizational approved tools and resources.
Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹9,296.06 – ₹41,794.36 per month
