Job description
Experience with ticketing system and opening/closing problem tickets
IT Asset Management
Installation and troubleshooting of OS
Configuration of network printers, share folder access and mapping
Remote access troubleshooting, voice support
Configuring SSL VPN (Cisco AnyConnect, FortiClient, Pulse ) and troubleshooting.
Managing the User account and Computer account with its policy and profiles in AD
Knowledge on Microsoft O365 Admin.
Assembling and disassembling the computers.
Installation and troubleshooting issues related to Desktop, Laptops & Printers
End user support for Windows 10, Office O365 products running on desktops and laptops
PC and laptop swaps and re-imaging to resolve problems for users
Basic knowledge on networking
Good communication skills
Provide both on-site and remote IT support
Troubleshoot LAN/WIFI connectivity
Knowledge on configuring Polycom phones and VC.
Experience on Microsoft Exchange tools. Creating mailbox, mail contact, migration etc.
Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP
Experience in installing VMs and trouble shooting.
Coordinate with vendors to get remote support for laptop hardware issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer service background
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
3 – 5 years of experience
Degree – BSc, BCom or BE
