Rigel Networks Looking for Linux System Admin at Mumbai, Maharashtra Full Time

Roles & Responsibility

• Monitor the Backup, Off-site, Recover Task, and Appliance Critical Services failure Events

• Troubleshoot and fix the reported failure event and Escalate as and when needed

• Provide Tier-1 support to partner on requested queries and tasks through Incident (reactive support)

• Chat Support (NOC IM for Incident Management) and Partner calling based on system classification & partner’s business requirements.

External Skills And Expertise

Required Skills

• Good hands-on Experience in diagnostics & troubleshooting of Windows Operating system

• Good hands-on Experience in diagnostics & troubleshooting of Linux Operating system

• Good understanding of Windows boot-up process

• Good understanding of Linux boot-up process

• Good understanding of backup concepts

Basic knowledge of Backup and restore

Education: Any / computer science Graduate.

Any other Skills: –

Basic knowledge of windows shadow copy feature

Linux Shell

Good communication skill

Any Linux Certification would be added advantage

Candidate must have 1-year experience and be ready to work in 365*24*7 support
